1995 Nissan 200SX – Keyless Entry Remote Fob Programming Instructions

Important Note: This procedure programs remote fobs to your vehicle’s keyless entry system. All remotes must be programmed during the same session. Begin with the vehicle in a secure location and all remotes ready.

Programming Steps:

• Step 1: Enter the vehicle and close all doors securely. Use the power door lock switch on the driver’s side to lock all doors.
• Step 2: Insert the key into the ignition and remove it six times within 10 seconds. Do not turn the key. The tail lamps will flash, indicating that the vehicle has entered programming mode and any previous codes have been erased.
• Step 3: Insert the key again and turn it to the ACC (Accessory) position.
• Step 4: On the first remote fob, press the LOCK button. The tail lamps will flash again to confirm that the remote has been successfully programmed.
• Step 5: To program additional remotes, use the power lock switch to unlock and then lock the doors again.
• Step 6: Press the LOCK button on the second remote fob. The tail lamps will flash to confirm that the second remote has been programmed.
• Step 7: Once all remotes have been programmed, open the driver’s door and turn the ignition to the “OFF” position to exit programming mode.
