The vehicle will now be in programming mode.</font></li> <li><font size="3"> Step 6: Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on the same remote used in Step 2. The power door locks should cycle (lock and unlock) to confirm that the vehicle is in programming mode. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 7: Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on each additional remote you wish to program. The door locks should cycle each time you press the remote button, confirming that the system has successfully accepted the remote. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 8: Repeat Step 7 for each additional remote. The door locks will cycle each time to indicate successful programming. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 9: Once all remotes are programmed, turn the ignition switch to the LOCK (0) position to exit programming mode. This saves the programming and prevents any further remotes from being added.</font></li> <li><font size="3"> Step 10: Test each remote by pressing the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons.
