All remotes must be reprogrammed during the same session. To keep the vehicle in programming mode, each step must be completed within 4 seconds of the previous one. (An unprogrammed remote may be used.) </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 3: Within 4 seconds, turn the ignition switch to the ""OFF"" (0) position. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 4: Within 4 seconds, turn the ignition switch back to the ""ON"" (II) position. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 5: Repeat Steps 2, 3, and 4 two additional times using the same remote. This completes three full cycles. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 6: Within 4 seconds, press the lock or unlock button on the same remote.
