The screen will display “REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE.” </li> <li>Step 4: Press and hold both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote simultaneously. </li> <li>Step 5: Hold the buttons for about 15 seconds until a chime sounds, confirming successful programming. </li> <li>Step 6: Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for each additional remote. </li> <li>Step 7: Turn the ignition to OFF, remove the key, and test all remotes. </li> </ul> For Models Without DIC Buttons: <ul> <li>Step 1: Confirm the vehicle is in Park and turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine. </li> <li>Step 2: Press the trip odometer button repeatedly until the display reads “RELEARN REMOTE KEY.” </li> <li>Step 3: Press and hold the trip odometer button for about three seconds until “REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE” appears. </li> <li>Step 4: Press and hold both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote at the same time. </li> <li>Step 5: After about 15 seconds, wait for a chime to sound, confirming the remote has been programmed. </li> <li>Step 6: Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for any additional remotes. </li> <li>Step 7: When finished, turn the ignition OFF, remove the key, and verify that each remote works properly.</li> </ul>
