<h1>Programming Guide for 2008 Honda S2000 Keyless Entry Remote Fob</h1> <p><b>Important Notice:</b> The 2008 Honda S2000 may be equipped with either a dealer-installed or factory-installed keyless entry system. Each version has a separate programming method. Entering programming mode will erase all previously stored remotes. Be sure to program all remotes during the same session. Dealer-Installed Keyless Entry System</p> <p><b>Programming Steps:</b></p> <p>Step 1: Turn the ignition to the ON (II) position (do not start the engine).</p> <p>Step 2: Press either the LOCK or UNLOCK button on one of the remotes. This remote can be previously programmed or new.</p> <p>Step 3: Turn the ignition to the LOCK (0) position.</p> <p>Step 4: Repeat Steps 1&ndash;3 two more times using the same remote (total of 3 cycles).</p> <p>Step 5: Turn the ignition to the ON (II) position a fourth time.</p> <p>Step 6: Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button again on the same remote. The power door locks should cycle to indicate the system is now in programming mode.</p> <p>Step 7: Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on each remote you wish to program. After each button press, the door locks should cycle, confirming successful programming.</p> <p>Step 8: Turn the ignition to LOCK (0) to exit programming mode.</p> <p>Step 9: Test all programmed remotes to confirm functionality. Factory-Installed Keyless Entry System Maximum of three remotes can be programmed.
