This puts the vehicle into programming mode. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 6: Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on the same remote used in Step 2. The power door locks should cycle (lock and unlock) to confirm that the vehicle is now in programming mode. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 7: Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on each remote you wish to program. After pressing each remote&rsquo;s button, the door locks should cycle again to confirm the system has successfully accepted the remote. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 8: Repeat Step 7 for each additional remote you need to program. The door locks will cycle after each remote button press, confirming that the remote is programmed successfully.</font></li> <li><font size="3"> Step 9: Once all remotes are programmed, turn the ignition switch to the LOCK (0) position to exit programming mode. This saves the programming and prevents any further remotes from being added.</font></li> <li><font size="3"> Step 10: Test each remote by pressing the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons.
