2010 Buick Enclave Keyless Entry Remote Fob
Important Notice: Before beginning, ensure the vehicle is in Park (P) and you have all remotes you wish to program ready. Programming will erase all previously stored remotes, so any remote not programmed during this session will no longer function. A maximum of eight remotes can be paired with the vehicle.
If Your Vehicle Has Driver Information Center (DIC) Buttons:
- Step 1: Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position (do not start the engine).
- Step 2: Locate the vehicle information button on the dashboard.
- Step 3: Press the vehicle information button repeatedly until the display shows “PRESS TO RELEARN REMOTE KEY.”
- Step 4: Press the Set/Reset button. The display will change to “REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE.”
- Step 5: Press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the first remote simultaneously.
- Step 6: Continue holding both buttons for approximately 15 seconds until a chime sounds, indicating successful programming.
- Step 7: Repeat Step 5 for any additional remotes to be programmed (up to 8).
- Step 8: When finished, turn the ignition key to the OFF position.
- Step 9: Remove the key from the ignition.
- Step 10: Test each remote to verify that all functions operate correctly.
If Your Vehicle Does Not Have DIC Buttons:
- Step 1: Ensure the vehicle is in Park (P) and the key is in the ON position (do not start the engine).
- Step 2: Locate the trip odometer reset stem on the dashboard.
- Step 3: Press the stem repeatedly until the display shows “RELEARN REMOTE KEY.”
- Step 4: Press and hold the trip odometer reset stem for about 3 seconds. The message “REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE” will appear.
- Step 5: Press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the first remote simultaneously.
- Step 6: Hold both buttons for around 15 seconds until a chime sounds to confirm programming.
- Step 7: Repeat Step 5 for each additional remote.
- Step 8: After programming all remotes, turn the ignition to OFF.
- Step 9: Remove the key from the ignition.
- Step 10: Test all remotes to ensure they function as expected.
