Programming a Remote Head Key for 2011 Lincoln MKZ
Important: This procedure allows you to manually program an additional remote head key using your vehicle’s onboard system. To complete this method, you must have two previously programmed keys. Without two working keys, the process cannot be completed. Perform all steps in sequence with correct timing. Do not attempt to start the engine during programming. Wait at least 10 seconds before repeating the process if a step fails. Carefully review the full procedure before beginning.
