Programming Guide for 2015 Audi S7 Keyless Entry Smart Key Remote Fob

Important Notice: The 2015 Audi S7 does not support onboard programming for smart key remote fobs. Programming must be completed by a qualified technician using Audi-certified diagnostic equipment.

Programming Procedure:

• Step 1: Book an appointment with a certified automotive technician or authorized Audi service center that is equipped to perform smart key programming.
• Step 2: If your vehicle is operable, driving it to the technician’s facility can be more cost-effective than requesting mobile service.
• Step 3: Bring all remote fobs you want programmed. Any remotes not present during the session may be removed from the vehicle’s memory and rendered inactive.
• Step 4: The technician will connect Audi-compatible diagnostic tools to your vehicle’s OBD-II port to access the security and key registration systems.
• Step 5: Using the diagnostic interface, the technician will begin the programming sequence to register the new smart key fobs with the vehicle’s central locking and ignition modules.
• Step 6: Each remote will be tested for proper functionality, including door locking, unlocking, trunk access, and push-button start features.
• Step 7: If any remote does not function correctly, the technician will perform necessary troubleshooting and repeat the programming process.
• Step 8: Once all fobs are successfully programmed and verified, the session will be closed, and the system will exit programming mode.
