This will activate programming mode. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 5: When prompted, place the new remote inside the center console’s transmitter pocket. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 6: Press the ENGINE START/STOP button. The system will confirm successful pairing. </font></li> <li><font size="3">Step 8: Remove the remote and press LOCK or UNLOCK.
